Of course the first two that come to mind - 1. a dating site, and 2. a social networking site.
Which of the two?

I would like to take the time to develop and market a great site.

Social networking sites are doing good for now. But I feel it will get saturated with tons of similar sites. You need to spend too much time & money to get your site on top of the crowd.

Personally, I would try to develop it as a dating site and take it from there. That's a great domain name though good luck with it!
