maybe just maybe.. if you posted "sold via PM" prior to the other prson in thread, then it'd work. but you did not.

For sure but I had to answer multiple requests in teh same time and everything happened within minutes.

The seller has an agreement at the following times:

The first BIN agreement is domainer67. It appears that the seller tried to sell to you instead later because you offered slightly more than the original bin agreement.

The seller now has 2 options:

1) Honor the first sales agreement and sell to domainer67
2) Honor the 2nd sales agreement and sell to aditya11117 - This option would result in a bad business infraction on the sellers account for breaching the original binding sales agreement.

@Edward Smeu - Please let me know which option you want to go with.
