I can't really pronounce it, but there are 3 vowels. Makes it more rare, but not as desirable as a CVCV.

As for a price,

Right now, mid xx, I do think LLLL's will rise in value.

There is a major phonetic problem with Q-O transition

when you say QOUE you will always hear QUOUE
and this is real tongue braker so marketing this domain for any media will be a challange.
