I think OLED will take over pretty quickly, QLED was like a stepping stone IMO.

As for the domain name, the "TV" limits it (many devices have screens now, including monitors etc), and the "s" even further lowers it.

That said, you might get a sale, hard to say price with this one. Put it on the market places and see what you get, and monitor the progression of technologies to know your change in potential sale and value.
