Fixed Price / Buy-It-Now - If an item is offered with a fixed sales price, the terms of the offer will assumed valid for seven days following the thread starter's most recent post in the thread, unless specified otherwise by the thread starter.

Yesterday I claimed this domain first, by replying with SOLD to show that I was agree to buy that domain for said BIN prise.
Now as the seller is getting higher offers then the BIN prise, He has edited his thread and He wants me to pay more.
I consider it as un ethical act, and request the seller to follow the rules and first complete the yesterday's deal with me.

Awful practice. If he refuses your SOLD of his original BIN ... just leave negative feedback. Of course tell RJ, too!!
