When people are looking up bars in Qatar, they check out places online like Trip Advisor, talk to their hotel reception, wander around...those types of things. And to be honest, in a place like Qatar, there is a bit of fear with visitors when it comes to stepping out of line with things like alcohol...people have drinks at their hotel most commonly. My gut tells me your domain won't be useful, little value, in my opinion

Extra: To be slightly more positive about it, find a brand in Qatar that has a chain of bars, and see if they want it...might be decent for them when people are searching "Qatar Bars" on Google, getting those search results...convince them. Bit of optimism, get an offer

Agree with @Doughnut you should go outbound on this name in order to sell. Pricewise I'd say low $XXX.
Exactly, highly unlikely end user will come to you, givin Qatar is a Muslim country and small chance someone decide to do some bar comparison there just for the football cup (and pay for the name, most important!)
If that's been GermanyBars before the World Cup there - different story...
