I have no idea of the potential value, as I'm not sure about financial aspect of dev (etc) sites, especially specific to a single language. But it's (obviously) ideal for a Python dev website

python.org - not sure of their financial state, or if they'd be particularly interested, but those and other major sites are where I'd start to push a few emails.
