I think it definately has good value!
I bought www.puzzle.net for lowish x,xxx a few years ago. I have a side-business that involves puzzles.
I went to india last year to find a manufacturer of puzzles, there are several manufacturers... But unfortunately the quality-control there seemed poor... anyway, I decided not to go with India... But there are many people that import/export puzzles from india.

Keep it and develop it...

Puzzles always sell...

150,000 returns at Google.co.in, using the "pages from India" search indicates there is definite potential here. A worthwhile registration in my opinion. I think your idea of development is a good one. Build it, and (hopefully) they will come!
