The .cc extension has a low value by definition... But, I estimate you can get around $120 - $165 if you add a strong logo and a decent sales letter, to create an idea around the name (this boosts the domain's value with around 20%).

Tip: Search on LinkedIn for people named Punto (also check their job title to make sure they have buying potential).

Brainstorm for selling angles, profile your buyers and create a list with your potential leads (at least this is how i see the selling process of this domain name). Listing on public markets might have a 20% - 30% chance of closing the deal in less than 1 month.

So it's a dictionary (italian) word.
I don't know if in the rest of the world know this word.
Maybe yes, beacuse there's a (horrible) type of car called punto made by fiat chrysler.

I've owned about a half dozen .cc domains over the last few years. I picked them up for under $20 each and sold 3 of them on eBay for $50-100. eBay isn't the place to get top dollars for domains. They were all one word keywords. I guess punto isn't exactly a keyword but it could potentially be branded though the fact that there is a Fiat Punto car could be troublesome but you still might be able to have a Punto car and an online shoe store at punto.cc and there might not be an issue of confusing one business with the other.
