If this was a developed site with file-sharing it would be worth much more.
You can take advantage of the public record with this, also. I think anything that shows up in Google, is considered public record.

Leaving total responsibility (in the site charter and by-laws) to not interfere with the files shared in the sites privacy act., esp. between family members. I believe there is an executive order, signed by Bill Clinton to that effect, as in the case with DC++.

This site could go far,

I would put up on auction, or contact Sedo for a special auction.

I agree, very good domain. I also would put it at the $x,xxx level.

It is a great generic name that would do well as a file sharing application. If you could develop (or hire someone to develop) a new or innovative twist on online file sharing that would avoid all the legal hassles that others have gotten into, you could make out great with this.

Wow nice find, developed it could catch more than mid $x,xxx . I would say from 4k to 6.5k sale now unless you find an interested end user which sometimes is worth the wait. Sit on it or develop it and see what happens, good luck!
