It will be a hard one to sell as there are not many sales showing for "pub" domains...

If you list on all major marketplaces and put on a decent landing page... and if you happen to attract a buyer...

I'd guess $2k to $4k depending on how lucky you are... and much more likely on the lower side of that spectrum though.
