Thanks. Definitely agree if i had the .com it would have been great. But that has already been sold for $88,000 on Namebio. I did a some searches on google with psychiatrists plus germany and there are lot of website related to German clinic referring to psychaitrists word. So it is kinda common over there too. Lets see maybe i can hold it off for the right end user to approach. Not in a hurry to sell as it a single word and commonly used.

What's the intended business model ?
A directory of psychiatrists for travelers/expats in Germany ?
Generally medical boards list all the accredited doctors. Or the yellow pages. You're not going to compete against them.

Agree they medical boards usually list all the accredited doctors. I still think that this could be developed in to a generic website related to psychiatrist which can talk about articles, events, listing, etc related to psychiatrist. Something like this website http://www.therapist.com/. It is a long shot but can be done i would say
