Only 587,000 google results for "Psychiatric Technician"...This should at least be in the low millions. It's hard to remember and spell for allot of people. It is above reg. fee, but not much..maybe $10-$15

This seams to me like a cheap automated copy of Estibot.

The reason why we ask appraisals in this forum is, that we want REALISTIC Appraisals.
Otherwise there are tons of free tools out there, giving exactly such appraisals.
Or you pay Sedo and receive such an appraisal too.
All Time waisting and Money Waisting.
So please don't talk about "Market Value" when giving such appraisals to people.

this is Singular Name, value is less than plural

i would say high xx to max. mid xxx could be possible for this name if you find the right end user on a good day.
domainers would probably pay nothing or few dollars for it.

I am not sure what you mean when you say the appraisal is not realistic. Can you give me some more information explaining what you see as the weaknesses of my appraisal? I do believe my appraisal may have been on the high end because of not taking the term popularity into account. Most people who post in the appraisal section don't provide any indication of how they arrived at their value, which doesn't help the original poster much. With that in mind, I really try to provide meaningful insight to be truly helpful.
