I am selling this site is because I do not have time to take care of it and write Tutorials and manage it.

I have other sites to manage. The site's members are growing like 10-20 member /day. Now, it has 1600+ members and growing.

It is growing very fast. I am a web developer not a photoshop designer, so I rather sale it to the right person.

I know that those people who are a PSD designer will benefit from this growth, cause more and more people are reading the forums.

There are no revenue on this forum. I did not spent time to optimize the ads.

Just like to say if your thinking about including the vb license, dont bother.

My cousin sold this to you and he didnt include the license with the sale, he uses the same license on another forum so really your license isnt legal.
