I like it...nice name. Agreed, a community forum where photographers and artists can come together and share their knowledge and love for photography would be a great fit for that name. It's short, catchy and memorable. Good luck with it.

I know that PSD is the photoshop extension - but, PSDFORUM.com could also stand for Photoshop Designers Forum. Has possibilities.
