This is a great domain name which I bought to create a site which receives PSD files from a client and then codes it into valid XHTML / CSS in less then 4 hours but I realised I don't have the time to develope it.
The site has no traffic because it has not yet been promoted because it was never finished. This domain name could be used for a lot of different sites like a tutorial site based on photoshop, a photoshop help community, a coding service for PSD files and lots more.
