I'm doing some PSD to HTML/CSS/XHTML VALID work.

Price:
$20 - 30 depending on template size (Proxy Templates are $15)

Delivery:
Depending on my work load and template size, it can be anywhere from 1 hour too 3 days.. With a max at 3 days.

Rush Orders:
Rush orders which are needed within a time frame have to be consulted with myself and the price will be determined based on what you need and how fast.

PHP Integration:
I can integrate the newly coded design into a PHP script for the following amount.
PHP Script -> Amount
WordPress/Other Blog Scripts -> $10
GameScript/Other Arcade Scripts -> $25
Forum Scripts (VB, PHPBB only) -> $25
