PSD or XHTML/CSS to WordPress

Hey,

I need someone to convert either a PSD or XHTML/CSS to WordPress.

Low budget of $30US, so if need be I can convert the PSD to XHTML/CSS.

I can show you the design upon request. The design is fairly simple, just I don't have the time to learn WordPress at the moment.
