Well, I think it has some development potential and I also think it will get some nice traffic if developed into something good. I would say low XX resell value, IMHO.

IMHO I dont think the sedo "unique visitors" is all that accuarate, although I obviously use thier parking programme.

I looked at this one as if it was a .com first, and even if it was I would say there's not a huge deal of potential in the name alone; developed it could do well, but I think the .US further diminishes it.

Unfortunately my opinion is that it is a reg low $x-registration fee
