Prozilla STINKS

Just thought I'd share my experiences here. As many of you remember I made a thread a while back pointing out that Prozilla was down for days and finally saw enough to realize that it had been hacked. The owners finally started putting things back online but some sites require licenses and so now they don't work.

Well, I went the other day and made a forum thread asking for help. I checked back today to find out that the whole forum is gone - as well as any method to contact them through the site. So with that being said I'll share my warning.

These guys have been down for a very long time (weeks) since the hacking and they're obviously not doing anything about it nor helping their paying customers. So IMHO avoid them at all costs. They are nothing but scammers in my book right now. I've paid for another 6 months prior to the hacking and now I regret it. Stay away from these people - they have had more than enough time to fix things or simply to help their members. Obviously, they do not care at this point and simply want to scam everyone of their money.

Their support isn't very good (at all).. but I don't believe they're outright "scammers"..

I, too, paid for the 6 month extension ($10).. it's my understanding Deb has said all members will receive an additional extension once things are up and running.. I checked mine last time it was up and it had been extended another 3 months.

BTW- I just tried to access the member's area and it's working fine for me.. try logging in from the main page. The old member's site link doesn't work.

Keeping in mind that you get what you pay for.. Prozilla isn't all that bad.

finally got a response from them regarding my account (started in another thread)...

i'm surprised they don't keep backups of account infos....

I apologize for not clarifying in my frustration. I'm trying to get a script working for a member of this forum but the license link won't work (and it hasn't since the site's been up).

Right now I can login to the member's area and download sites fine. The issue comes with getting support and/or a license.

I finally found a working link to a helpdesk - perhaps they fixed the problem?
