Basically all I have is the domain name for a proxy site, I need it all built, designed, coded etc with a unique banner... I would like cybernaughts php script from DP forums added as well. Thanks.

Here's a cut down on expenses. I'm not sure about cybernaughts PHP script, I've looked and can't seem to find it. Whitefyre's PHP script is what I'm assuming it is like.

Domain = $10
Design/Code [Unique] = +$30 > $80
Graphics/Banners/Logo = +$30
Script = Free [whitefyre]

It seems that the minimum is $70, but my experience has usually been just buying a domain and editing a template I already have. Either way, if you drive traffic to it well [get 1500 uniques within the first week], then you should easily recover the expenses through Adsense etc.
