Proxy Script

Hi

I am in need of a proxy script that has the following

• Disable online ordering so people can not order online
• Block ports like so i can block people trying to go to ports like domain.com:8083 ect

I dont mind if someone can post how i can edit the normal phpproxy script or something to do this
