Important note:

you dont need a mighty server to run the website. I am currently on mutualized server and te proxy script doesnt take a lot of queries. I have paid 36 usd/year for my hosting plan and eveything is going fine with the websites, all being working very well. A very kind person have sented me a message about my hosting fees, i should have precised this before: you don't need a mighty server to run your websites but if you are planning on bringing about 5000 unique visitors/day you should think on going with a VPS or a didicated server.
