Copy Stop
This script was custom coded.
Basically, the article will look the same, but whenever a thief tries to copy the article, he'll be surprised with a non-readable text.
The script will insert random characters between the words and make them invisible to the reader, but not the the system that copies it.
This was done in a way to make the action of making the text back as is a difficult task for the person who copies the article.
Non-uniform characters are inserted. And every set of these new characters is mapped to a special span that has also a random name, and which makes the extra characters unreadable.
The webmaster can opt to allow only alphanumeric characters to be inserted.
And for those who care about the text alteration and its impact on search engines, you can allow the generator to display the normal article for non-javascript browsers (i.e. such as search bots). But this is not recommended because the person who ants to copy the content can basically peek into the source code. but even this extra option can be helpful if the copier is the kind of naive users, because after all, no one determined enough can be stoped from copying.
This idea may not have been invented now, but at least this simple yet good script was done specifically for this site.
Starting bid: $1
I have a reserve in mind.
