I doubt this is the place to sell it, but if not, maybe I can find tips about business brokers. ProProject.com is a working ASP with customers. Last site license we sold was to a consulting group in Xerox. Another public company tracks hours for five divisions with a ProProject ASP contract. Comes with everything: full exclusive source license, trademark, domain names, dedicated server contract. Cash flow positive. Needs a PHP-MySQL techie to support it. A marketing and sales program could make the new owner wealthy.

Many consulting groups are still using paper timesheets or emailing excel spreadsheets. They LOVE switching to ProProject. But we don't have time to sell it.

Six figures. The current revenue could probably pay 100% of the loan payments if you have a source of financing like a home equity loan.

Reason for selling: to focus on core business, Afternic.com.

Oh, and I'll even throw in a matching username on NamePros.com.

what is it exactly that you are selling? a software? domain? a complete site with clients and a system?

All the above, including full *exlusive* rights to the software. The system runs on a dedicated server at Dialtone Internet (www.dialtone.com). The only costs a new owner would take over are the server contract: $149 / mo. Or of course you could move it to your own server.

You can sell ASP service by the month or site licenses for specific # of users. The Xerox group bought a 30-user site license, for example for about $300. The ASP customer I mentioned with five divisions on the system spends about $500 per month.

Also comes with 40 hours training from the owner/developer (me!).
