could be used for a property university site, for training Realtors or property investors lots of realty companies are always training new agents and could use this site or might make a nice forum or blog

I like it. U is a solid letter for an acronym at the end. The U at the end would make a good information, or training site.

I thought "U = You" , so its property and you kind. 8 year old domain name. Thanks for your inputs guys
