hey guys I was doing some browsing and found this one..Recently expired, strong PR2. Gets 30 searches for the month of september for the .com in Overture. The normal keyword "property tax report" is getting about 85 searches for the month of september according to overture. Could someone please tell me, did I pick up something decent here? (I'm still a domain newb)

Yes you did indeed, very nice catch!!!!! I would develope it rather than park it if it were mine. I thinking this will be a nice little money maker for you. Having ovt with the extension is great, I checked it to and you do have 30 OVT with extension so you will surely get some traffic to this name.

I would say mid - high xxx as a conservative minimum just due to the fact it has ovt with extension and the keywords should pay well.
