Perhaps if you find the RIGHT regional "leads" there in the UK!
$15 - $27.50+ (wholesale), IMHO.
Best of Luck.

PS. If you could consolidate your "Appraisal" requests in the future (into one thread) it might make it a bit easier on us. :)
Thanks.

Nice pkg. of property names. Generic enough to fit any real estate market.

Market these names direct to real estate brokers.
Hold firm for @ least $300 (pkg.)

Goodluck!

Because that's their opinion, Laskos ... as an "Appraisal" :$: . If they choose to state WHY, that is up to them, as well. I've seen some GREAT comments and suggestions in the Appraisals lately. It's all good. :)
Thanks and Good Luck here.

My main reason for giving it a $0-reg was that the word "bay" spells โ„ข trouble.
Secondly it doesn't sound that great ;)

Thirdly that tld has no resell value IMO.

Good Luck!

Yep, eBay has a history of starting trouble with sites using -bay in their domain name. Now that eBay is doing home sales and property sales, this might hit their radar.

However, if you stay clear of an auction format you shouldn't worry much about it.

It's a quality name, value ~$200

Noooo, whatever you do, don't contact eBay about it first. They would reply with a cease and desist letter.

Well, IMHO even though it contains the word "bay", the domain would not be confused with eBay. I would skip the disclaimer altogether because it kinda sorta implies that you believe there is the possibility of confusion and trademark problems.

If you did get a letter from eBay, don't ignore it. That's when you decide how you want to defend it. They likely don't have a good claim to take the name away from you. eBay has never taken a "-bay" name to UDRP unless it contained the term "ebay" in the domain. I doubt you would be the first. You might get a letter, but I doubt they would take it further.

Btw, this is my opinion only and I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice. ;)
