This is a "tricky" domain. It truely is a quality/premium domain name.

Property - Huge keyword
Ads - Also Big Keyword

When taking a look at NameBio.com we can see that there are some very good sales for the keyword Property, however none of them in relation to advertising.

The other issue is that "Property Ads" doesnt do exceptionally well for Google Search results, as it doesnt appear to be the popular term.

If I owned the domain name, I would probably be looking for mid-high x,xxx possibly up to 1x,xxx.

Its a solid domain name, definetly one in need of development. Considering the state of the US housing market, your going to be needing to advertise homes to sell them, so this could influence price.

The final issue I have with the domain name is the connotation of "property" I think when considering that word, most people associate property simply with land, and not neccessarily housing or commercial buildings... This could be the biggest hurdle.

The term "Motorcycle" is searched MUCH more than the term "property"
but the PPC for property is MUCH higher than motorcycle.
I would say somewhere between 2500 and 5000
