The keyword is great.
The extension is very bad.

On the average it is a ... low quality domain, low $xx.

But since Mexico has some kind of business, try to find some endusers. It's the only way to sell this domain for more than $xx .

I dont think that .mx is bad extension as it is ccTLD for Mexico, which is solid country, and well known. But properties.info sold for just $3100 two years ago, so maybe that is not so strong keyword. But better that answer someone whose native language is english

You can digg on dnsaleprice.com, namebio.com, or something you can find on dnjournal.com. Remember those are only REPORTED sales.

Well, it's just my opinion, of course.

It is a new extension, i mean in the public way, since commercial mexico extension used to be .com.mx for many years. Am i wrong or .mx domains are registrable only recently?

Besides it is a not common english word in a spanish speaking country extension. It's like using a non-global spanish word in a .fr domain, or a russian word in .de domain.

There is no way to appraise this accurately.

1.) It is an English Word.
2.) It is an unproven extension.
3.) The term "Property" is far more popular than "Properties"

Zero is accurate. IMO.

Disclaimer: Please keep in mind that this is a FREE appraisal. This is a guess at quick flip resale value not an unrealistic end-user price. Often times my appraisals are rushed, too low, or too high. Sometimes my advice is totally wrong and occasionally downright dumb. If the post stamp is after 5:00pm EST, the chances are even greater that inaccuracies will occur due to blood alcohol levels.

I think Spanish keywords are much better, except for the very common English keywords that part are of everyday language.
In the long run, .mx should take over .com.mx.

This named is aimed at the resident gringos IMHO :talk:
Perhaps develop as an expat properties website ?
Verdict: low $$$

I agree that an Spanish word would work better with the extension. However, your domain could be developed as a site for English speaking people looking for properties in Mexico. There is high demand from USA residents for properties at places like Cancun, Los Cabos or Acapulco, and also at several other cities, like Guanajuato.

It's difficult to appraise your domain at this moment because the extension is quite new, but I expect it to gradually replace the .com.mx and value should increase with time.

but what happen if you have a domain like www. porn . mx , maybe you can not sell it at a very good price right now but how much money can you make parking that domain ?

The domain appeals to those wanting to move to Mexico, which perhaps is not that many people.

$100 to $300.

.

"Porn" is one of these words, you can sell it a good price (with .mx about $3,xxx / $4,xxx), not "properties".
