Promotion Question? Help needed

Hey guys, i am opening my new site here in the next few days, it a social networking site which has some nice features and layout. Anyway, I am paying people .05$ per sign up for people who are interested and I have gotten a few already but does anyone knoe where else I could post this ad. People get .05$ a sign up for their first 1000 people signed up and after that .06$ a sign up I pay via cash not paypal if anyone is interested here. Anyway if you guys have any ideas please let me know. thank you
