Hello My Name is Corey Rosamond,
For the past few months I have been helping to run a small web programing and design firm. Over this time we developed a need for a project management system, So we looked for something pre made and found out that there really wasn't anything that suited out needs. So I compiled a list of things it needed and starting the coding.
Now I have a working system in the finishing stages, And I would like to see if anyone else would fine it use full and make a bit of profit for something that I think will help people in my situation Greatly.
The current piece of software is nearing completion and has the following things already working.
A project based system where you can add a project with the following
information,
Then Project Name, Who the project is for, what worker you want to assign this project to, when it was started and when you would like it completed, along with what stage the project is in (i.e. finished or started)
and what type of project it is.
Each Project can have files that you can upload to it and view through the system (i.e. images or files) tasks, bugs you can orient with tasks and bugs in the system itself.
The system also comes with a secured login 2 an admin area where admins can login add remove employees as well as add edit and remove projects
In addition to this the system also has a employee end where they can login and view their project's and change the stage the project is on.
This system was written in classes and is easily skin able. I will also be adding the following features over time.
A client login where they can view the projects status and get a ballpark of then the job will be done based on the amount of hours left in the project.
Along with a note feature so they can leave questions and the admins can respond to them.
I will also be adding an auto email feature to auto e-mail admins everyday with a list of what was done that day. Along with auto email employees when ever a new project is posted for them.
Lastly I will be Adding a system that will keep track of an employees hours and their projected hours for each project so you can simply see who has been meeting deadlines and who has not.
This system is being used currently and I am willing to answer any questions as well as give a live preview of the software to all who are interested.
as far as price is concerned im looking to sell it for around 70.00$ us per copy this will include me setting it up on your server and walking you through skinning it.
