Wow...I've seen a lot of TM issues on here, but this one is definitely one of the most obviously bad domains. If this is the type of domain you're registering, maybe this business isn't for you. If you're going to continue, you're going to need to stop regging any domains for at least a few months and read through everything you can on this site, especially the legal forum. With a domain like that, you're playing with fire, and a wildfire at that.

welcome to Namepros, and to domaining.
Yes, to repeat and clarify, hang out at the forum for awhile before registering names, you'll want to make sure to not make large mistakes like this, at least. Trademarked names aren't worth registering, too much possible trouble. A few years ago there was still a lot of it happening openly, but trademark laws have become so clear (and stiff) that currently it just isn't worth it.
Hang out in this appraisals area for awhile to see what names seem to be valuable to people; take a look at the expired names area to see what kinds of names are being dropped as worthless, and what other names are being dropped that have value and are being snapped up; you might also check in the domain name discussion area, the 'your reg of the day' shows what people are registering, and what other members think of those. And the Legal issues & disputes area will show you what kinds of names have legal problems.
