Programs That Allow Incentivized Signups?

Does anyone know of any good programs/sites that allow incentivized clicks or signups? Also, they also need to provide some sort of way for me to match a signup with a user on my site to award them the necessary points. I see RPG games do this all the time (i.e., sign up for Uproar and get 10 points).
