ProgrammingDB.com is a programming tutorial site with over 1,000 tutorials in 13 categories. Site is running Linkzor version 1 (which includes a basic admin panel for controlling the site) with a custom template.

I have done no promotion for this site, and there is no revenue to speak of so far. Site received over 400 uniques in October (additional stats available here).
Domain registered at GoDaddy. Expires 8/23/2007.
Looking for offers in the high $xx-low $xxx range.

Linkzor is a script created by axilant, and this site was purchased directly from him. The site includes resale rights to the database, and a site license for the script. I am unsure as to the cost of the script.
