Programmers are anti-social and sit in dark rooms all day. Why would they socialise in a lounge? (Calm down Programmers, it's a joke!).

It's not worth a lot as-is. It needs to be developed or you need to find an end-user. Or both. As-is to an end user you're looking at low $xxx. To another domainer, it's worth $regfee.

Just to follow up: Yes, I'd develop it. Forum seems the best fit. Monetize it, see how you go, get people signing up.
