Programmer to design a site??

I have a great idea for a social networking site, mainly based for travel. Any have any ideas of how much it will cost to have a good program set up, something similar to myspace/facebook set up, but more geared toward my idea. I dont want to give it out but if anyone has any ideas I would appreciate it, thanks!
