Programmer / Designer looking for jobs

My name is David. I'm 22 years old and located in Belgium (GMT +1).

I'm looking for small coding jobs (PHP, CGI, JavaScript, Delphi, C++, Miva, ..) and small designing jobs (image modifications, flash modifications, ..).

I usually work for $10 an hour, but I'm willing to lower that.
