I have found mini sites to be one of the greatest ways to develop a domain or just increase your adsense earnings.
What is a mini site?
A mini site is a website that uses a simple template and is created for a specific purpose and niche. The site usually doesn't contain anymore than 20 pages of actual content and is a beneficial way of developing a domain, optimizing for SEO and making a few extra dollars.

That's all well and good, but what do I get?
I will do the following:
1. Install a wordpress powered minisite on your domain.
2. Tweak all the settings and optimize it for SEO.
3. Install a high CTR, converting theme.
4. Place your google adsense code where provided.
5. Install autoblogging software.
6. Populate the site with a few articles relating to your chosen niche (uniqueness cannot be guaranteed).
The best part is, these sites get upwards of 100 visitors per day on AUTOPILOT. Some of you may have seen me sell a few domains that were based on mini sites and I hadn't touched those since the day I set them up. Traffic for the most part comes from type ins and referrals but depending on your niche, a large portion can come from search engines, upwards of 350 per month.
Of course traffic statistics are provided (this month, nolk.net, up until the beginning of the 17th)
