Professional Web Designers Please Read

Hello everyone, I need a dynamic, DB driven site with shopping cart built and e-commerce functionality for my company Xtreme Off-Road & Performance. Current site is strictly HTML and makes adding content extremely labor intesive. What I am looking to get is something with an admin control panel that will allow me to enter products and their affiliated information that will then feed into templates versus me having to build a page for each item.

I also have vbulletin for this site which I would like a style sheet designed that matches the overall site.

Also, I would like to have an area where my members/customers can upload images of their vehicles with descriptions.

Finally this will require the design of a new logo for our company.
