Professional Hosting Template w/ Flash Intro Header

I had purchased a hosting template from Template Monster back in 2003 and never did use it. I've contacted their Support Department a couple of times recently for other members who's listed TM products for sale. They state that products may be resold 1 time after the original purchase. I have no use for the template and have never used it, so have decided to sell it.

I've chatted with a couple of their live support reps and both told me the same thing. Mark has also spoken with them and they told him the same as well both times. They may be resold 1 time after the original purchase.

The exact comment from Roger at their support dept:

they can be resold 1 Time after the regular purchase

You're free to contact their support yourself, but I don't think I'm going to shoot my reputation over $31.

Yes - We have had to verify this a few times , And the live support has told us the same thing now several times - As long as you are not using it and only sell it once , It can be sold

I've still got this template available for purchase. I'm dropping the price down to $25 in a one and only price drop for this nice template.
