I agree with kjmz, he is providing free service and there is nothing to complain about. However it would be interesting to know how he would cover-up his costs with such a offer or may he is planning one year upfront? Not a very good business plan IMO.

It would be an entire waste of time to put up your website in such an unreliable website. :imho:
I find this comparable to building Sand castles near the Sea.
