This domain is not a good one, let's put it gently.
First - ''processing'' is a bad word in domain names. It's the wrong form for domaining, it simply doesn't work.
Other thing is the overall meaning. It's an extremely vague name, which could seem from the first glance that many can use, while in reality no one will (remember, you want to SELL it).
