Problems with Flash in IE - please help

I am designing a webpage that uses Flash and I have it set up so that if you click on a person's name you will see a Flash animation on the right side of the screen. This technique works fine in every browser I have tried except for Internet Explorer. Does anyone have any idea why it is not working in IE?

IE tends to break everything. Is it correct in Firefox? Sometimes you need to fool IE to see the correct data.
