PRIVATE ONLINE CLOUD ..who would be the end user for it? I see very slim chances for resale here..it is also important to note that word 1 word 2. TLD sells very badly in new gTLDs..it is much better to invest in word1.TLD domain names..like private.cloud, or online.cloud..those would be much more valuable.

ok, as you can see below, there are plenty of end-users for "Private Cloud", however the "online" part hurts this name as all cloud hosting/storage etc is online, so its kind of repeating yourself

The other issue you have is most companies dont know about .CLOUD as an extension so they aren't going to brand their business around a domain they are unfamiliar with. Try and focus on .COM (or strong cctld's) names in the cloud niche, that is what companies want.

You do realise that PrivateOnlineCloud.com is available as well, that would be a much better option..be aware that 3-word cloud names are not an easy sell
