Printable homes have been all over the news lately.

Most of these are freshly registered but I'd love to hear your opinions, especially about the value moving forward.

I don't think this will be an industry that will value the exact match keyword domains unless for novelty purposes or presented to them at mid $xxx. I don't think "Printable warehouses", "Printable Ranches", "Printable Cottages" or "Offices" are keywords that will be searched for anytime soon, or in the future. Could be wrong.

A lot of renewals before these might be worth anything, they've been talking about Printable Houses since 2012 or earlier I believe and these haven't been touched. These major industries tend to go with brandables or business name + Corp/Holdings/Group/Inc/LLC.com domains if it's not a tangible/practical item with a high search volume.

@Tom... Sorry mate... But I would disagree there, regarding EMDs not working in the niche.
I agree over the fact that there are lots of different terms in circulation already, so the essence is in finding that proper term which works, and that in my personal opinion (backed by facts/sales) is 3dprinted (printed works too)

I have a collection of 3d printed + keyword .coms with substantial offers on them.
As the niche is still maturing...it is wise to hold out for a little longer.

Also, to back the above statements, check out some of the sales like:-

3d printed furniture
3d printed shoes
3d printed fashions

And more unreported sales.

There's @Magicpig2 who's had lots of sales in this niche... Along with having active offers as well. If he chimes in, he would be able to explain further in a better way.

Well, the thing is they have already printed apartments and mansions. My goal was to buy most of the vertical. I think I accomplished that.

I realize that printable whatever isn't a common term but I'm betting that it will become part of our vernacular.

PrintableHomes.com is a fantastic domain. Hand registered or not. If you hold on to this long enough it will be worth an unknown amount above $xx,xxx. I've looked into the progress of "printable construction" - and no that term is not available to reg - and it is the future of construction.. IF.. they can manufacture it properly, which they are already showing massive signs of being able to do so. I think this is a very forward thinking domain name, and I agree that not all will be worth renewing, but this one, I would never let go of until that perfect buyer comes along.
