The silly thing is he probably could have just gone to his sister or better yet, the folks who typically handle such things for The Royal Family, and asked for assistance in getting the pictures removed. He is afterall, the brother of the newly installed Duchess of Cambridge.

Apparently her sister Pippa has also been target of papparazzi already. In a way this is beyond scandalous because it is an invasion on one's private life. Newspapers recruiting journalists who go that far should be sanctioned.
