Which is the price of a Premium GTLD expired?
For example insurances.space is expiring. Which will be the registration fee when dropped? Standard x$ or xxx$/xxxx$ like for a Premium domain name?

It depends on particular extension. Various extensions are operated by various registrars, each registrar has different police when it comes to handling of expired domains.

If the name had premium renewal before it expires, in most cases it will continue to have the same renewal after it expires/drop.

In some cases, registry can withdraw the name after it drops, re-price it, and give it back to market as available after some time. I have seen cases when price went up, so it was even more "premium", or price went significantly down after re-pricing (so it is still premium, but with much lower renewal).

In same cases, registry can remove premium renewal, and make it for the same price as the names with standard renewals. In some cases registries can withdraw the name, and give it to status "registry reserved", particularly when it is very good name.

Point is: when you have really good new gTLD names, just do not drop it
