What does the domain mean by "easeforum"? In order to have a decent resale value (I'm talking about thousands of dollars, not $XX or $XXX), the keywords of a domain should refer to something business or commercial related, in my opinion. I have not researched the name but my initial impression of this domain is that it is worth reg fee as there are many other domains whose keywords are randomly paired together. Why would an end-user buy your domain at a premium when they can hand reg others at a cheaper price? What should I set as the price for this domain easeforum.com please my friends

This comment may be true. However, in my opinion, it is more probable that a domain be sold at good prices when it contains keywords that are commercially oriented. I can only vouch for my own domain acquisition method. If your domains get sold at a good price, I am happy for you. Just do whatever works for you, including domain research. The domain also has a good meaning.
