You should contact google, and get their permission before you develop it..

I know www.googlerankings.com did that, and it was no problem to get googles permission at all.

Does the world really need another Google Page Rank site? I agree with others that you should approach Google - especially if you are using their stats without permission. I'm just not sure that anything with the word "Google" as a part of the domain is a good property to own.
